My first game Wednesday at the new place

Back in the UK for a month and coming from the Midlands. What's the best travel plan. I was going to train into Marylebone from Warwick and then tube over to Hackney Wick?

Mine too. Looking forward to it tho expecting a quieter evening than many I've known at the Boleyn, even if it is Chelsea.

Pub Bigot,
that is pretty much my pecilled plan. Start off early at LD and then explore west of the stadium up to Hackney Wick. I haven't been round there since raving days, late 80s. I believe things have changed.
Then round to the Stratford side to see the main drag and to get to the SE corner.
Proper tourist mode. If Young Woody asks, I'll be wearing a hawaiian shirt, and sandals with socks.

Get off at Bow Road, have a jar or two in the Little Driver and then take a stroll to the ground via Old Ford Lock, which was where the Big Breakfasy house was.
